Annual client survey – now in 19th year – guides planning, service and staffing

WATERTOWN, Mass. – (April 3, 2019) Greenough Brand Storytellers, communications and marketing experts in healthcare, life sciences and technology, released results of its 2018 Client Satisfaction Survey, its 19th annual survey of key performance metrics that guide the agency’s planning, service and staffing.

The survey rates Greenough on nine performance metrics, refined after almost 20 years of feedback, including passion for clients’ business, ability to act as an extension of clients’ teams, proactivity and delivery on program goals.

Survey highlights from 2018 include:

  • 90 percent of clients said they view Greenough as an extension of their own team

  • 89 percent of clients said Greenough demonstrates a passion for their business

  • 87 percent of clients said Greenough delivers on their program’s goals

  • 100 percent of clients said they would recommend Greenough as an agency of record
